Orders

The Orders section in the Client Center stores all customer sales orders and consists of two pages. It is accessible to users with the external role L20 – Orders and above, with pricing visibility limited to role L30 – Orders with Prices and above.

  • Orders: Displays all sales orders linked to a customer, including details such as submission date, document number, amount, order type, and current status.

  • New Order: Provides a multi-tab interface for creating and submitting new sales orders.
