Action When the Sales Person field is empty, the rule checks if among the Sales Person Assignment Rules there is a rule which meets the following conditions:
- Is Active is true
- From Date is empty or <= Sales Order’s Document Date
- To Date is empty or >= Sales Order’s Document Date
- Enterprise Company is equal to Sales Order’s Enterprise Company
- Company Division is empty or equal to Sales Order’s From Company Division
- Customer Type is empty or equal to Customer’s Customer Type
- Sales Area is empty or equal to Customer’s Area


If more than one rule meets the conditions -> the one with the highest priority is selected.

If there is more than one rule within the same highest priority –> the one with the highest Rule № is selected.


The Sales Person of the selected Sales Person Assignment Rule is set in the Sales Person field.
Description When there is no sales person assigned to the sales order, the rule facilitates this assignment.

It assigns the sales person who is determined via a Sales Person Assignment Rule to be responsible for the respective customer according to its type and area within the enterprise company and company division of the deal.
