Action	On commit - the rule checks if the Assigned To Sales Person field is set to a value different than the current database value and the user, associated with the assigned Sales Person, is different from the current user. On committed - if the above conditions are met, the rule creates a notification to the first User found to be associated with the assigned Sales Person through the Notifications system.
Description	The rule ensures that the sales person assigned as responsible for the Lead will be promptly notified of this assignment.
