Action	On commit - the rule checks if the user, associated with the Sales Person set in the Assigned To Sales Person field, is different from the current user, and the Assigned To Sales Person field is not edited On committed - if the above conditions are met, the rule creates a notification to the first User found to be associated with the assigned Sales Person through the Notifications system.
Description	The rule ensures that the sales person assigned as responsible for the Lead will be promptly notified in case the Lead is edited.
