| Action | The rule creates a new record in Social.Follows, where the user who created a Case Development is registered as a follower of the related Case. This applies only when the Case Development is of type Edit or Change State. If a follow record for the same user and case already exists — no action is taken. |

automatically set as followers of that Case. This allows them to receive notifications for all future updates and activities related to that Case, and to be automatically included as participants in meetings related to it. |
