Action	For every line - if "StoreTransactionLine.QuantityUnit == StoreTransactionLine.Product.BaseMeasurementCategory.MeasurementUnits[IsDefault == true]", validate that "StoreTransactionLine.Quantity == StoreTransactionLine.QuantityBase"
Description	Base quantity could be edited in store transaction's lines for products that are allowed to use variable measurement ratios. For those products base quantity may stay the same although the quantity in additional measurement units may vary to a certain extent. That's why the user has the opportunity to manually adjust the right base amount in the particular situation. Otherwise, if the "Quantity Unit" in the line is not an additional measurement unit, but is the measurement unit set as default in the base measurement category of the product, then the value in the field "Quantity" must be equal to the value in the field "Quantity Base".
Message	The field "Quantity Base" in line [LineNo] in document [DocumentType] [DocumentNo] contains an invalid value. The value in the field "Quantity Base" is not the same as the value in the field "Quantity", although quantity unit in the line is the measurement unit set as default in the base measurement category of the product.
