Action	For every line - if "Product.AllowVariableMeasurementRatios == false", validate that "Quantity Base = ROUND (Quantity * Product Dimension Dest Quantity / Product Dimension Source Quantity, 3)"
Description	Base quantity could be edited in shipment's lines only for products that are allowed to use variable measurement ratios. For those products base quantity may stay the same although the quantity in additional measurement units may vary to a certain extent. That's why the user has the opportunity to manually adjust the right base amount in the particular situation. Otherwise if in the product definition is not set that it is allowed to use variable measurement ratios, then product dimensions must be followed properly while recalculating base quantity.
